Property Manager

Nungalinya College (Darwin) is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the obtaining of certification for existing buildings and work on new buildings, as well as managing the general maintenance of the property. Nungalinya is a Christian residential training college for Indigenous people.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential

1.        Project Management experience and / or qualifications

2.        Experience supervising staff and contractors

3.        A member of a Christian faith community

Desirable

1.      Trade Certificate (Building / Plumbing / Electrical)

2.      Experience working within an Indigenous context

3.      First Aid Certificate

A salary is available for this position, and accommodation may be available on campus if required. This will initially be a 2 year appointment to commence as soon as possible.
