Get involved Bible Gardens Trail Bible Gardens Trail Nungalinya College is set upon 4 hectares of beautiful land. We are very grateful for the Larrakia Elders who, long ago, granted permission for the College to be situated here. Students love the chance to learn in peace and harmony at Nungalinya, and many visitors comment on how there is a special atmosphere on our grounds. Of course, we know why that is! On site, we have developed a vision for transforming sections of our grounds into ‘Bible Gardens’, matching and symbolising key times and places of the Biblical narrative. In time, outdoor learning areas will be added so students will be to pass on the sacred stories of Scripture within a memorable and powerful land-based context. In 2021, there were three new gardens completed - the Garden of Eden, as well as Babylon and Babel gardens. The Garden of Eden incorporates beautiful artworks created by students from inaugural 2021 Art and Faith class. In 2023, the Way of the Cross walking trail was completed in time for the Nungalinya 50th Anniversary celebrations. It is a contemplative trail of the journey of Jesus to Calvary containing a selection of beautiful artworks created by the 2022 Art and Faith students. If you can't get here in person, you can still share in the experience by the Bible gardens online. Enter the Bible Gardens trail and take a wander through the Garden of Eden or a stroll through the Way of the Cross. Enter the Garden of Eden virtual tour. Enter the Way of the Cross virtual tour.
