The College is formally supported by the Anglican, Uniting and Catholic churches of the Northern Territory and is situated in Nakara, a northern suburb of Darwin. Your Role The RTO (Registered Training Organisation) Compliance Coordinator leads the operational, compliance, and strategic functions of Nungalinya Registered Training Organisation, ensuring the effective delivery of nationally recognised training in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2025 and relevant state and federal frameworks. This role provides direct leadership to the Compliance Officer, and is responsible for managing audit readiness, data quality, funding compliance, and internal capability building. The RTO Coordiantor works in partnership with the CEO/ Principal, and external regulators to ensure that vocational programs are industry-relevant, learner-centred, and quality assured. This position plays a key role in maintaining registration standards, coordinating continuous improvement processes, and aligning RTO operations with broader organisational and educational priorities. Key Responsibilities Ensure full RTO compliance with Standards for RTOs 2025, maintaining up-to-date policies, procedures, and continuous improvement records. Lead internal audits, validations; support external audits, and continuous improvements activities. Oversee daily RTO operations including staff supervision, course coordination, assessment validation, and timetabling. Align RTO strategy with organisational goals, contribute to governance reporting, and manage regulatory and funding data submissions. Engage with external bodies such as ASQA, and industry, ensuring effective stakeholder communication. Monitor enrolments, AVE T MISS data, student progress, complaints, and assessment records; support improvements to student resources and satisfaction. Ensuring the implementation of changes from stakeholder and student feedback. Criteria Proven experience in managing RTO operations Strong understanding of ASQA compliance standards Excellent planning, communication, and staff leadership skills Experience managing data systems (AVE T MISS, VETtrak etc.) Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and document management TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) highly regarded Diploma or higher qualification in business, management, education, or related field preferred Working with Children Check (current) National Police Clearance (current) To Apply, please send your latest Resume, Cover Letter to: [email protected] An Employment Application Form is required to progress your application. Employment Application Form Property Manager (full time) Salary to be negotiated based on experience. Salary packaging available. 8 weeks annual leave. The Property Manager will oversee all the College properties and ensure they are safe and well maintained. They will develop a maintenance program that is both proactive and reactive to ensure the good upkeep of all buildings and grounds. As well as supervise other maintenance staff, the Property Manager must be able to complete basic maintenance tasks and ideally have a relevant trade qualification. They will need to work with volunteers either individually or in teams and utilise their skills effectively. When any new buildings are constructed the Property Manager will work closely with the Principal and contractors to ensure satisfactory completion.
